As part of the European ETwinning program entitled “In the footsteps of heritage”, the little chefs of the E1 class got dressed and entered the kitchen!
Their mission? Not to save the world, but to… sweeten it!
With grandmother’s secrets, flour that danced in the air, and dough that had an opinion, they made traditional ladokouloura (oil buns) with the aroma of Greece and lots of love.
The result? Crispy, fragrant, and capable of making even our most strict European friend mutter: “Mmm… what are these cookies?!”
Because, when cultural heritage goes into the oven, the result can only be… delicious!
