The first month of autumn is coming to an end. Despite this, the weather does not resemble autumn at all.

Last Friday despite the weather, B3 tried to bring autumn into our classroom by having a themed picnic.

Our room was flooded with autumn flavors and smells with all the goodies brought by our little students.

Grapes, raisins, moustalevria (Greek grape pudding) with walnuts and sesame, mοustokouloura (buns of must), apples, pomegranates, pears, and many more filled our school everyday life with colors.

The children were very receptive to trying new flavors; on this occasion, we talked about the grape, the must, and the derivatives of the vine.

We mentioned the autumn months and how useful and necessary the rain with its water is.

Finally, we closed with a group autumn collage, which decorated our wall.

It was a beautiful and different day and we all hope that the rain we all long for will come soon...
