In the context of the Panhellenic Fan Day (February 1) and the co-education program in the Physical Education lesson, we organized a special action in collaboration with the Special Primary School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing of Heraklion, to promote “fair play” and the values of sports.
The students were informed about the importance of fair play, mutual respect, and noble competition and, in this spirit, participated in a soccer match full of enthusiasm and teamwork. A crucial element of the action was the active presence of the fans, who, holding placards with messages in favor of “fair play”, encouraged the teams to compete fairly, without competitive tensions, emphasizing the joy of participation and cooperation.
Through this activity, the children experienced in practice the message that sports are not just competition, but a place where friendship, cooperation, and respect are cultivated, values that should accompany every sporting and social activity.
