The 4th grade of our school visited the centre Karrones. There the children approached issues of the natural environment in an experiential way. Mr. Periklis Maniatis, founder of Karrones and father in our school, helped us in a playful way to discover parts of the world unknown to us!
What is Karrones;
Through activities that combine play with geography, children discover the natural environment and interesting landscapes around the world. Its countries, metropolises, remote places, the people, their history and cultural heritage and of course the modern culture and current lifestyle of people from all parts of the planet.
Also, the combination of the visit with the game in the neighboring municipal park "Eucalyptos" made our day unforgettable.
